Hi Ryan,
A quick question for you.. I can delete All Unassigned DNs from Route Plan
Report in one go using BAT. How can I delete all the CTI Route Points which
are unassigned in the Route Plan Report. I have delete the Route Points from
Devices, but they are still appearing in Route Plan Report. Is there a way I
can delete them in bulk. Pls guide.
Regards..!!

No it really is there and it is called an unassigned DN. Go to route plan
report, search for all unassigned DNs.
