Route Plan Report only allows you to delete results when you search
specifically for unassigned DNs. The DN assigned to a CTI Route
Point is just like any other Unassigned DN when the RP is deleted.
If you need to delete the device itself, then I'd urge you to do so
via Device->CTI Route Point search page.

Hi Ryan,
A quick question for you.. I can delete All Unassigned DNs from Route
Plan Report in one go using BAT. How can I delete all the CTI Route
Points which are unassigned in the Route Plan Report. I have delete
the Route Points from Devices, but they are still appearing in Route
Plan Report. Is there a way I can delete them in bulk. Pls guide…
Regards..!!

No it really is there and it is called an unassigned DN. Go to route
plan report, search for all unassigned DNs.
