[cisco-voip] Unity VM 4.0.4 SR1 - Bulk Subscriber Reset

Does anybody out there use the Bulk Subscriber Reset Tool to reset voice
mail boxes for a large number of subscribers (in our case around 3700
students)? When the students leave the campus we need to purge all their
voice messages, recorded names, greetings.

 

We have been using the Bulk Subscriber Delete and the Bulk Subscriber
Import for the last couple of years. Since this process is very lengthy
we are investigating alternatives to accomplish the same.

 

What others are doing when they need to reset voice mail boxes for a
large number of subscribers (students)? Thanks.
