[cisco-voip] IPCC Express logs

Does anyone familiar with the IPCC log structure know where I could look to
find out information on agent logins to CAD? I have the login/logout reports
from historical reporting already, logs are the only other place I can think
to look.

Had a problem this weekend where a supervisor logged someone out of CAD
(agent forgot to logout before they went home), then on Sunday the
supervisor had to come in and log them out again because they somehow were
logged back in. call center has a different message when no agents are
logged on, so they have to make sure they all log out for the weekend to get
that greeting. I'm trying to find all the info I can to determin the cause.

I did a reset of the CRS engine on one of the servers, and reboot the backup
server this weekend to clear up another problem, and the mystery login time
for the agent corresponds to that activity.. would CAD automatically log
someone in when it switches servers?
