[cisco-voip] Unity Install Question

So, I am reading the install guide and I see this:

Caution: If the Cisco Unity server is running Windows Server 2003, you must
install the update associated with Microsoft Knowledge Base article 824330,
or Cisco Unity will not function properly.

I checked the service packs CD, the English Updates for Win2003, the post
install... you can't download it from microsoft without opening a support
case ($350)... how do you get this update???
