[cisco-voip] CCM Upgrade from 5.0(4) to 5.1(1)

When I upgraded from CCM 5.0(4) to 5.1(1) it broke my connection to the publisher and I can't log into the subscriber application webpage anymore.  My administrator account still works when I putty into the server or I go to the IPT Platform admin page but can't get into the app page.  It says that I have the username incorrect or the wrong password.

I am using CCMAdministrator as the username and it worked before the upgrade?  Has anyone seen this?
