Thanks Ryan..... This is what is happening..... I've been looking
through my network and banging my head (it helps) and finally found that
my 3550 12g layer 3 switch doesn't have any QoS. It's running
12.2.35see2.
Can't you run the auto QoS command on these? Am I entering the wrong
command? Or do I have to manually do this?
TIA
Scott

"CM Down, features disabled" is the message you get on the phone when
it loses the TCP session to the active CM but is on a call, so the
phone does not fail over. Resetting the phone from CCMAdmin will
not do anything since the phone will wait until the active call is
dropped before resetting.
If you are getting that message when not on a call then that is very
odd.

Has anyone seen this problem.
Phone cuts out and shows "CM Down, feature disabled" I see no
network issues. It's on the local network. Gig ever where.
It seems to have broke at about the same time I upgraded from 7.x to
the 8.2.2sr1.
I seen a bug but it was for a earlier version.
A reset has not seem to have fixed the issue
TIA
