[cisco-voip] rtmt error ccm 4.1.3

java.util.missingresourceexception:can't find bundle for base name org.apache.xerces.msg.xml.messages locale en_US

hi

i installed rtmt tool into the same machine on which CCM 4.1.3 runs
and i got the error above , rtmt tool can be launched but is shows zero calls when i check call progress

so what can be the problem
