This will be the same as any AC line state issue.   Check firewalls,  
AC console for which NIC it is using, etc.  The LSS updates come as  
UDP packets from TCD to your PC.   Look in the TCD traces to make  
sure it is sending them (search for your IP address) and after that  
it's all up to the network.
