[cisco-voip] IPCC Restore from BARS

I am trying to restore IPCC from BARS backup onto a lab server to test an 
engineering special.  Do I need to:

1) get a new license file? 
2) Load the exact same version of the OS with SR.  I can't find OS4.2 on 
CCO anymore so I am hoping not.
