[cisco-voip] Reset an FXO port

Apparently my FXO port is hung internally. I can't easily reboot this box
since it has my PRI on it as well.
Is there a command to just reset the FXO port? Right now I have my telco
busying it out so it will fall over to the next line (which comes in on the
PRI).
