The user hears nothing - it's just dead silence and after 15 seconds the
VPN client says it has no network connection
Eventually the IPC will crash. Even if it doesnt it has to be closed and
re-opened before the VPN client can re-establish

Hi,
We have a user that can dial outside callers, ie 9, 1 + area code but
when
trying to call another IP phone it crashes.
The same occurs in reverse. This user can receive a call on the full
E.164
number but not a call from another IP phone.
The setup is IP communicator 2.0.1 running over VPN.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
thanks,
Erik
