[cisco-voip] Added memory to a server, now it thinks I've got a 6 Ghz CPU?

7825-I-3.0-IPC1/CC1 (aka, IBM x306 8836-C1X); put in two 1GB sticks of
Crucial Memory,
(http://www.crucial.com/store/mpartspecs.aspx?mtbpoid=32F534BEA5CA7304)

# Module Size: 2GB kit (1GBx2)
# Package: 184-pin DIMM
# Feature: DDR PC3200
# Specs: DDR PC3200 • CL=3 • Unbuffered • ECC • DDR400 • 2.6V • 128Meg x 72

However, when I boot, the initial POST says that I've got a 6Ghz CPU!

Going into the BIOS config then tells me that I've got a 1.4 Ghz CPU and
a 100Mhz bus clock, so things seem to be way off. System still runs,
but I have no idea if this is cosmetic or something actually wrong with
the box.

BIOS is KEE140AUS, which I believe is the most current.

A "regular" 7825 tells me that it has a 3Ghz CPU, system clock of 200Mhz.

Any ideas?
