[cisco-voip] Unity 5 Schema Extensions for AD documentation

I have a customer that requires documentation on what fields are being
added to AD for Unity 5, I have one for Unity 4.X, but we will be
installing Unity 5 in a month.

Does anyone know where one can find this info?
