[cisco-voip] DestIPAddr field in CDR record

Plug that number into Windows Calculator.
Click on the HEX button to convert it to hex
Break it into two character chunks.
Convert each chunk back into decimal.
Once you have four, reverse them and that is the IP address.
Basically, what you are looking at is a decimal representation of the
IP address in binary. You need to convert it back to the four
decimals.
