In the recent ccm versions cisco gives a 5 seat ipcc away fro free
co-resident on the call manager purchases - the latest is it is
enhanced and not standard or premium so you should be able to do a lot
with it co-resident on call manager feature wise - but not what
premium can do. But it is separate software and you sen yor pak code
that comes with the call manager software to cisco to get the ipcc
license file to activate it. If you really have a big deployment or
loads of seats (not a lab) then you will need separate hardware.
For ccm and unity the two servers should do. You can also consider
running ccm in vmware so that you can save snapshots etc or make
multiple people use one lab but you need a powerful machine and lots
of memory and disk space/ In this group I have ssen tips on how to
use vmware with ver 5 ccm etc.

I wanna design a lab for studying
Will it be enough if i buy 2 MCS servers, (one for CCM and one for
Unity.)
For IPCC do i have to buy another MCS or it is already embedded
software into CCM?
And what else do you suggest me to lab design.
