[cisco-voip] Cisco IP communicator with VPN issue

Hi guys.

We try to support remote-end user(tele-worker at home). 

The problem is that IP communication does not registered into Callmanager  with some wireless home router on the Cisco VPN clinet.
When it hooked up on the wired port, It worked fine with wired  connection on wireless home router . However, when It try to use wireless mode, it could not registered.
From PC(TCP 2000) port connectivty is fined to Callmanager server. 
Is there some solution how to fix it up? Cisco TAC looks like not so many helpful to this issue.
