[cisco-voip] Gateway PRI Calls

We currently have 2 x H323 gateways each with their own PRI circuit from
the same provider configured to fail over to one another should they
fail.

 

We now want to order another 2 x PRI circuits from a different provider
and locate one in each of the gateways so we have one circuit from each
provider in both gateways. We would like to use the new circuits for
outbound calls and use the existing circuits for inbound. 

 

However is it going to be possible to failover to the other vendors
circuit if say for instance all 60 out bound channels are in use.
