[cisco-voip] Pulling Phone Serial Numbers from Call Manager

credits to Wes. however, cmreports.com has a phone survey tool for under 100 
bucks. i bought it, but couldn't get it working so i can't comment on it. i 
hope to have it working soon since a bugfix was sent to me. others who have 
used it liked it.

i believe both options require the phones to be plugged in since they're 
getting the S/N from the webpage of the phone.
