We have used the universal adapter from
http://www.usbcallrecord.com/universal_adapter.htm
It works ok, but you have to manually type in the phone number for each call

Subject: [cisco-voip] Recording Calls
I have a need to record a few lines, at all times.
Has anyone had good experiences with any sort of recorder for the Cisco IP
phones (spec. 7940s and 7960s).
These are not POTS lines, so I can't place the recorder in front of the
gateway....the recorder would need to "sniff" the network for VOIP packets
and assemble them into recordings.
Thanks.
PS- I have been looking into CallReplay (call-replay.com) but am not sure
what else is out there.
