[cisco-voip] IPCC license for the scenario

hello

on ccm 4.1.3  which kind of IPCC license comes .  standart or enhanced or premium?

the customer has an application which keeps the guest database and they want the calls will come to the agent and the database will search based on CallerID.  And for example CallerID is 555xxxx  and then from the database the guest who owns this number will be found and the data related to this guest will come to the screen
for this kind of application IPCC license  come with CCM is enough or should i upgrade it?

also what is the steps for enabling ipcc , i will register PAK coe and then install on CCM with IPCC cd, thats all?
