[cisco-voip] Alerting Name

Hi,

 

We are using IPCC to provide queuing for receptionists, although they
are complaining about one thing.

 

When they are receiving an external call, they are unable to see what
the calling number is, all they see is the CTI port name.

 

Is there anyway of having the calling number displayed on the phone?
