[cisco-voip] caller name with H.323

I see H.323 name display is supported as of 12.4(11)XW.  Does anyone know if
it is also supported on some level of the T train?  I'm running 12.4(15)T1
and CUCM 5.1(2), but I don't see the display-ie or supp-service commands on
the gateway.
