[cisco-voip] Translation error

I'm trying to delete a Translation pattern and I'm getting the following
error.  Any idea how to fix it so I can delete it?

Error No. 1576:
CDBLException Dump: [Delete failed because record is in use by a related
table]

this is CM 4.1.3es100
