You should have a PAK key on the box the software came in. You would
then use this to access the licensing web page on CCO, along with your
server's mac address.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CCM 5.1 appliance license
Can anyone point me to or send me a link on how to enable the license on
my
new Cisco 5.1 appliance server.
It it asking for a license file, but all I have in the box are the
license
cards with the serial numbers on it?
Where do I enter the license number or am I missing something in the
box?
Thanks!
