[cisco-voip] call manager - event viewer strange events

HI
I am currently struggling with what sounds like a one way voice issue
at a remote call manager branch using an h323 gateway and phones
registering to a central cluster at HQ. I looked at all the usual
stuff - clocking on gateway is fine etc etc. The problem is basically
the remote cisco attendant users acting as operators say that
sporadically they have a couple of minutes per day when they answer
pstn incoming calls but it sounds silent on the line and they cannot
hear the caller calling in - the phone shows the call as connected.
I also found a bit of conflicting info on the cisco web site - cisco
say in some places try not to use MTP and not to tick the require
media termination on the gateway config page in CCM unless it is
absolutely necessary for example when using non cisco h323 devices
etc. However - in other docs where they talk about possible one way
voice / voice cut through issues the say tick the require Media
Termination if you have these issues. Anyway. I also started looking
at the event viewer on the pub and sub (active ccm) and noticed a lot
of application errors as shown below. One example is loads of the
unregister events at times when I know not that many phones will
actually unregister and the transient connection attempts. Has anyone
seen similar things on CCM 4-2 x
Any advice appreciated.
