[cisco-voip] OT: Digital Dictation System

I just had the exact same question today asked to us.. user's weren't happy
with the price tag an outside vendor had provided. I offered to set them up
a voicemail box specifically for the VIP to record his dictations to, but
that didn't fly. Was the only thing I could think of on the voip system.
