[cisco-voip] i can not configure ip comunicator on cm 6.0

I can not configure ip communicator on cm 6.0 .  For some reason i get a registration rejected error.  I have the ip com phone enter in cm.  I also have other phone in the Database.  but when I start up my softphone, it thinks its not registered.
