[cisco-voip] LowActivePartitionAvailableDiskSpace?

I tried to export too many CDRs on my CM5.1 publisher and it filled up a
partition and the CDR export failed.  RTMT has been complaining ever
since.  I haven't figured out what I need to do to clean up the mess and
free up the space (hopefully I'm not losing CDRs now).  What's the
proper procedure for cleaning this up?
