[cisco-voip] AS5350 isdn voice port are down.Why

Dear all,
     Cisco Tac is not responding due to weekend and i have to complete this task upto monday.
I am using AS5350XM gateway with 4 PRIs terminated.attached is the file contain running-config of the router. Can anybody tell me what is the problem in configuration so that when i give following show voice port summ comman . no output displayed . mean why voice ports are not going to up state.
