[cisco-voip] AS5350 isdn voice port are down.Why

Even if the cable were unplugged, the ports would show up with a show
voice port summary...

The fact that nothing is shut down indicates something
software-related, the IOS isn't seeing the interfaces from a
code-level...

I would upgrade the IOS and try again...
