[cisco-voip] Unable to delete imap inbox on unity connect 2

We are running unity connection 2 and have imap inbox configured in
outlook.  for some reason im not able to delete the the vm from the inbox
folder.  When i hit delete, a line appears thru the message but its still
there in the inbox.  How do you remove it.
