To get the ISO's I would have to log on to CCO with my user id. 
That means Cisco could audit what I have downloaded at any time. 

It is very unlikely that I would give my CCO ID away to a hacker don't
you think ?

BTW It would be interesting to see how many copies if Windows OS
actually are licensed and how many have been 'downloaded' from Torrent
sites and the like.

Yes, but then theoretically, you could go to a site and download
Windows 2000 or 2003 without licensing...

Microsoft would never allow that.
