[cisco-voip] BAT File format not included

It's a little different than the last time. There are two grey buttons, one for format and one for export.

Before you fill out the sheet, you have to make the format. Once the format is complete, you can add your data and export

  So I have to add half a bazzion CTI Ports.  I figure I'll use the BAT tool.  I open the Bat.xls file to make a CTI Port CSV.  I make it the way I want it and now when validating the File I get "the file does not include the File Format"  What Am I doing wrong?
