[cisco-voip] Error installing CCM 4.3(1) on 2003 Server

Installed the IP Telephony OS 2003.1.2a on my server. Attempted to install CCM 4.3(1) and after I enter all the require information I got an SQL 2000 install error. Anyone ran across this problem installing 4.3 on a 2003 server?
