HI,
I have encountered the same problem, I think there is a bug or Linux does not allocate the space on disk drive, I gave you the two solutions you can use, cause when you use the exact ame SR on the GUI interface it works.
Regards
Nesen

Subject: Issue with installing subscriber for CCM5.1.3
I have the following issue. The publisher was installed with 5.1.1, and upgraded to 5.1.2, and then to 5.1.3. I now need to install the subscriber, but the installation disks I have is 5.1.1. When installing the subscriber it wants to contact the publisher which is working 100%, and then it wants to match the versions. So what I do is to install 5.1.1, and when it asks me if I would like to install any SR, I say yes, and point it to the DVD, that I cut. Now it goes through the patching, and after it asked me the info for the Pub to contact, a few minutes later I get the following error message:
The installation has encontered a unrecoverable internal error. For further assistance report the following information to your support provider.
strcpy string truncated, dest_alloc = 32, src size = 36
The system will now halt.
Continuing will allow you to dump diagnostic information before halting.
Anyone has any idea what this means? Or how I can resolve this issue?
Kind Regards
