I tried that and didn't make a difference. If the DN should only be
"Administrator", then how should the User base be configured?

For the LDAP Manager, just put "Administrator" - not all the LDAP URI.

Subject: [cisco-voip] FW: LDAP issue in CallManager v5.0
I am having an issue in my lab with trying to get CallManager to
authenticate to the LDAP in Active Directory. I can't seem to locate the
issue and the documentation is a bit scant on this subject. I have Active
directory running on a server (VOIPLAB11), with a domain of VOIPLAB11.COM.
The users are in the default container of "Users".
Here are the two options under the LDAP Directory configuration in CM that I
am confused about.
LDAP Manager Distinguished Name .....which is currently set at the
following:
cn=Administrator,cn=Users,dc=voiplab11,dc=com
and
LDAP User Search Base......which is currently set at the following:
cn=Users,dc=voiplab11,dc=com
Any help is appreciated.
Dave
