[cisco-voip] MGCP registration issue

Hello David

Check what endpoint names require MGC.

I think that MGC donn't understand such names

like S0/DS1-0 at xxxx.xxx., especially first part

And ... are you shure that Huawei or some another CA tested with
Cisco ??

Sincerely Yours,
Konstantin Fedorov

Yes Jonathan and Dave.
It's not the CCM:) it's a softswitch(I think it's HUAWEI).
My IOS is 12.4. I am not very familiar with MGCP's call establishment.
The MGC responded 200OK and sent back RQNT but got 500 Endpt unknown.
Doesn't it mean the msg didn't recognize the domain name setting on
AS5300?
Also I gonna place a calll from AS5300 to the MGC and see what will
happen, but how can I associate the MGCP call route into dial-peer?
Any advice? Thanks.

David
