[cisco-voip] Pause before sign-in prompt in Unity

Check the Edit Switch Utility. Hit Edit and make sure that 'Delay before
opening' is 0. Outside of that, there really isn't any way to introduce
a delay, unless the default system prompts have been replaced. Confirm
that the call is actually in the connected state during this perceived
delay?
