[cisco-voip] Pause before sign-in prompt in Unity

In my opinion, the delay is not all that bad. The only reason I am
checking into it is because I did receive a few calls about it. The
system prompts were replaced when we did the update. Delay before
opening is set to 0. I am having a hard time seeing if the call state
is connected during the delay since the delay is not long enough. I was
thinking that maybe the delay could be part of the message, but I am not
sure where to find the message and which message it is.
Thanks for your help.

Check the Edit Switch Utility. Hit Edit and make sure that 'Delay
before
opening' is 0. Outside of that, there really isn't any way to introduce
a delay, unless the default system prompts have been replaced. Confirm
that the call is actually in the connected state during this perceived
delay?
