By default callmanager 3 and 4 install ntpd as a windows service with a
default configuration of setting up the LOCAL clock on the publisher and
configuring the publisher as the time source for the subscribers. We've
re-configured ntp on the publisher and subscribers so they also obtain
time from our internal ntp servers.
Presuming your domain servers are obtaining their time using ntp you can
reconfigure your callmanagers to also retrieve their time from the same
time source(s)

The the time sources are configured in the ntp.conf file in:

C:\winnt\system32\etc

Further information about ntpd can be found here:

http://www.ntp.org/

I've not dealt with callmanager 5 or 6 but if they're also running ntp
you should be able to add time sources in a similar way to maintain
accurate time.
