[cisco-voip] Venezuela Time Zone Change

All,

Running 4.1.3 SR4d and we have a site in Venezuela and they are changing their time zone tomorrow to GMT -4.5:  http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_tech_note09186a00808d8374.shtml#ucm Unfortunately I was just informed about the change.  :-|
 
I cannot tell from this doc what I'm supposed to do.  The bug associated with the CCM update is 'under review' and has no information about what needs to be done.  I see the latest OS update does fix the problem for Windows, but what do I do about CCM?  Seeing that it changes tomorrow I would think there would be something available to download.  SR6 release notes do not mention this issue.
 
Any insight here?
