Hi all,
We're using CUCM-BE 6.0, and want to install Cisco Unified CCX 5.0
We have instalation for Cisco Customer Response Solutions 5.0(1) Service Release 2 and Cisco Security Agent 5.0.0.210-3.0.1 that we want to deploy at the dedicated server.

i cant find the hardware for CRS 5.0 or it's under the other name :(
Can somebody help me with hardwer requirements and the servers OS requirements or direct me to some reference guide.
Do we need anything else for our contact centar to work, because when we asked for the IPCCX softwer we got the CRS 5.0??
