[cisco-voip] NO ENOUGH BANDWITCH

Is your PSTN gateway local to your CallManagers or are you calling out a
PSTN that is across a WAN?  If you are calling across a WAN, what codec
are you using and is this a MGCP, H.323, or SIP environment?
