[cisco-voip] OT: Embed Text Into Visio Diagram Shape ?

I know I know... this is seemingly completely off topic.

I am working up a new visio diagram for a new building that we have to tie
into our existing network.

Wondering if there is a way to embed text into a visio shape?  Basically I
have some gear like the mgcp gateways, switches and such and want to embed
the configs into the shape.  So if a user clicks on the shape or something
it pulls up the device config.

I figure with all the data / voice experts in here, someone has done
something like this for themselves or a customer.  I have googled away and
not coming close to finding what I want.  Not sure what to call it so that
might have something to do with it.

I just don't want to have send text files, visio files and so on... one nice
visio with all info so I can get everyone to review and approve things.

Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.
