Conference Resources are controlled by Media Resource Group Lists which
contain Media Resource Groups. You might want to check the MRGL on each
phone that is trying to start a conference. You also might want to check to
be sure that you have the proper transcoding resources as well.

Dear All
does the conference bridge must be in the same device pool of the ip phones
to make them able to initiate a conference ?
we have 2 device pools (Dev A , Dev B) with 2 regions (region A , Region B )
within region A G711 , region A with region B g729
the conference bridge is in device pool A , & the users in the region B
couldn't initiate conference within their region B ...
any ideas?
