how many (J)TAPI users can have control on a single device?

IE>  my phone (7970) is associated with the JTAPI user for UCCx, TAPI for
Unity, JTAPI for InformaCast, and now JTAPI for ARC connect.  But I'm having
some issues getting ARC to work but I'm trying to make sure it's not a
(J)TAPI issue with CM.
