[cisco-voip] Monitoring a 2nd Line

OK. I think that is the way I want to go. is there anyway to not show
voicemail on the monitored extensions? (if the monitored ext has vm
waiting, the icon is a flashing envelope. I just want the phone icon, and
if they are on the phone, the jingling phone icoon. Again, I am a CM4 user,
so maybe not)
