[cisco-voip] CCO login problems

2 workarounds currently:
1. close browser, launch new browser
2. clear browser cookies

i've cleared my cookies no short of 10 times this week.  We are working 
on it.  If you identify a consistent problem please do use the feedback 
links on Cisco.com
