[cisco-voip] Cat 500 Express switches... trunking

I told the customer to get 8-port 3560s, they only need a few more POE
ports in each closet, and they don't have much cash...
This was actually kind of shocking, the switch shows up as a CDP
neighbor, but it just won't play nice... I mean it just doesn't act
like a switch does... we have a Dot1Q trunk, same native vlan and we
just can't ping anything...
